NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE

A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Monday, April 6, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., via virtual platform, concerning Old Island Solar LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 3.9 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Barring technical difficulties, anyone wishing to observe the live stream of the hearing may do so via the Public Utility Law Judge Division’s YouTube channel, https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP. At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters will be discussed, including consideration of any petitions to intervene that have been filed, and the establishment of a procedural schedule.

Petitions to intervene must be filed on or before Monday, March 30, 2026 and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at www.pscmaryland.com or by first-class mail with the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S. Johnston, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202, and must reference Case No. 9854.
