John Forgash

Founder and Principal

John Forgash is the founder of SolHarvest Energy. He brings over fifteen years of experience in the renewable energy industry securing competitive project sites and managing pre-construction development efforts. Mr. Forgash also leads efforts to negotiate and execute purchase and sale agreements that pairs SolHarvest Energy's construction ready projects with experienced long-term owner/operators.

Prior to forming SolHarvest Energy, Mr. Forgash spent over five years with EDF Renewables North America, a market leading independent power producer and owner-operator. While at EDF, he led site origination and development efforts for grid-tied wind and solar projects in ERCOT, SPP, Massachusetts, and Colorado.

Mr. Forgash also has experience developing commercial real estate projects in Colorado, Arizona, and California.

He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
