During his time with EDF Renewable Energy, Mr. Forgash was actively involved with identifying, acquiring and closing out development work required to deliver bankable, shovel ready sites for over 360MW of operating wind and solar projects. His responsibilities for the projects identified below included:

• Project Identification, Investment Underwriting and Closing
• Owner's Representation for Overall Development Due Diligence Efforts
• Lease, Easement, and Crossing Agreement Negotiation
• Site Constraints and Impact to Project Design
• Landowner and Community Relations
• Survey, Title, and Environmental Oversight
• Tax Abatement and PILOT Negotiation
